Free Same Day Shipping Policy 

Heartsmart.com offers free UPS Ground shipping to the contiguous United States on all in-stock orders $50 and over, placed by 5 PM EST. We ship to US locations only, and cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses. Our free same day shipping policy includes FPO, APO, and US Military addresses. 

Simply look for the logo Free Shipping to enjoy Free Shipping on selected items throughout the store.

Standard Same Day Shipping Policy

In stock orders under $50 will incur a standard UPS Ground shipping charge (rates are based on weight of product and shipping destination). Orders with expedited shipping requests (i.e. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select) must be submitted prior to 5 PM EST for same-day shipping. Expedited orders are delivered on business days only (excludes weekends). Please note: UPS Next Day Air requests will be delivered the following "business" day. For Saturday deliveries or predetermined and expedited shipping rates, please contact customer support via phone (800) 422-8129 to request special delivery services.

All shipping addresses require a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to UPS restrictions.

If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise, or if you simply do not like what you have received please call us immediately at (800) 422-8129 and we will send a pre-paid return shipping label for the order and issue a complete refund for your purchase once the order is returned. 

Items you wish to return MUST be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Item

Items which will not be accepted under this return policy include:

- Opened or Damaged Electrode Pads

- Opened or Used Batteries

- Opened Rescue Kits, CPR Masks/Barriers

If you wish to return an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of opened or used electrode pads and/or batteries which are in non-resalable condition will be deducted from the total refund.
