Free Shipping Policy

Heartsmart offers free shipping to the contiguous United States on all in-stock orders $99 and over, placed online by 5pm central. We ship to US locations only, and cannot fulfill orders with international shipping addresses. Our free shipping policy includes FPO, APO, and US Military addresses.

Simply look for the Free Shipping logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store.

Standard Shipping Policy

In stock orders under $99 will incur a standard shipping charge (rates are based on weight of product and shipping destination). Orders with expedited shipping requests (next day, overnight) must be placed by 2pm EST to ship same day and meet the delivery window. Expedited orders are delivered on business days only (excludes weekends). Please note: overnight shipping requests will be delivered the following "business" day. For Saturday deliveries or predetermined and expedited shipping rates, please contact customer support via phone (800) 422-8129 to request special delivery services.

All shipping addresses require a physical address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to shipping restrictions.

Heartsmart ships FREE to all FPO, APO and US Military addresses. Thank you for your service!

Return Policy

Heartsmart® is committed to your satisfaction. If we make an error with your order, or you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please call us at 800-422-8129 immediately. If you ordered the incorrect item or need to return an item for other reasons, our no nonsense 30-day return policy is as follows:

  1. You may receive a refund or credit on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Before we can accept your eligible return items, you must call us at 800-422-8129 to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the shipping label of each box to be returned so we'll know how to process your refund. Items returned to us beyond 30 days of delivery, without original and undamaged packaging, or without an RMA, will not be accepted

  2. All items purchased from Heartsmart® may be returned under this policy except:

    • Opened electrode pads or those with damaged packaging
    • Opened rescue kits and packs
    • Used or Installed batteries or those with opened packaging. The tamper seal must remain intact
    • Used manikins
    • Any books, software, videos, CDs, DVDs, extended warranties, online training passcodes (once issued) and classroom training (once it's scheduled.)
  3. If you are returning an automated external defibrillator (AED) or training unit, the price of any opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or items in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund. Training purchases and AED management services are not refundable once scheduled or online passcodes have been issued.

  4. Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we urge you to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. Heartsmart is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  5. Items not purchased from Heartsmart® may not be returned to Heartsmart®.

  6. Refunds or credits will be processed within 10 business days after receipt of returned items; refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original order.
