THE PHILIPS ONSITE AED IS ON MANUFACTURER BACKORDER WITH AN UNKNOWN SHIP DATE. SO, WHAT DOES THAT REALLY MEAN?

Why can’t I receive the Onsite AED sooner?

Philips is notifying customers of a potential issue with the Adult SMART Pads Cartridge (M5071A) and the Infant/Child SMART Pads Cartridge (M5072A) for use specifically with the HeartStart HS1 AEDs (including HeartStart Home and HeartStart Onsite). Due to this situation, Onsite AEDs are not available. You can learn more on Philips’ website.

When will the product be available?

We are monitoring the availability of the Onsite AED closely. Exact timing of shipment is not yet available, and currently may not ship to you until Q2 2023.

Can I order the Onsite AED even though it’s labeled backorder? Will I be charged now?

Yes, you can order the AED if it is labeled backorder. Please note it will not ship until it becomes available, and you will be charged at the time of shipping.
