Semi-Automatic vs. Fully-Automatic Lifeline AEDs
All Defibtech Lifeline devices have a large green “Power On” button that lives at the top center of the device. Additionally, semi-automatic devices also have a large, red “SHOCK” button as these devices require some user intervention. After analyzing the patient’s heart rhythm, a semi-automatic AED prompts the rescuer to initiate the shock if one is needed. Defibtech Lifeline VIEW ECG Overview
The Defibtech Lifeline VIEW has all of the same great features as the regular Defibtech Lifeline VIEW AED, however, this device comes with two operating modes:
