The AHA 2020 Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Quick Reference Guide may be used by students before, during, and after first aid courses. It can also be put in first aid kits as a quick reference for responders. 

 

AHA’s Heartsaver courses are for those with limited or no medical training who need a course completion card in first aid and/or CPR and AED to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

The fold-out reference card includes signs of several first aid emergencies and the actions to take in those emergencies. It covers finding the problem, shock, bleeding, severe allergic reaction, dehydration, diabetes and low blood sugar, heat exhaustion, heatstroke, and hypothermia or low body temperature.
